钱 锋

       钱锋,男,1961年4月生,江苏扬中人,汉族,九三学社成员,博士、教授、博士生导师,中国工程院院士。过程控制与过程系统工程专家。 

 

      1982年4月毕业于南京化工学院化工自动化及仪表专业,1986年9月至1988年7月在华东化工学院攻读硕士、获工学硕士学位,1990年9月至1995年7月攻读华东理工大学工业自动化专业博士、获工学博士学位;1982年5月至1986年8月在南京塑料四厂工作,1988年8月至今在华东理工大学任讲师、副教授、教授、博士生导师,1999年6月至2001年4月任华东理工大学科技处副处长、自动化研究所副所长、所长,2001年4月至2006年10月任华东理工大学科技处处长,2006年4月至2008年8月任华东理工大学校长助理。现任华东理工大学副校长(2008.8—)、化工过程先进控制和优化技术教育部重点实验室主任(2009.10—)、过程系统工程教育部工程研究中心(2011.11—),九三学社中央委员(2012.12—)、上海市委副主委(2010.7—),第十一届、十二届全国政协委员。2015年当选中国工程院院士。

 
       长期从事化工过程资源与能源高效利用的系统运行智能控制和实时集成优化理论方法与关键技术研究。创新研发了乙烯装置智能控制与优化运行技术和软件,在国内乙烯行业全面推广应用,成效显著;突破了精对苯二甲酸装置全流程优化运行关键技术,实现工业装置大幅度节能降耗;发明的汽油管道调合优化控制技术,实现了调合过程实时优化系统长周期高效运行。研究成果已在数十套大型石油化工装置上成功应用,取得了显著经济和社会效益。先后获得4项国家科技进步二等奖(3项排名第一,1项第二)、7项省部级科技进步一等奖(6项排名第一,1项第二),授权国家发明专利29项(排名第一)、登记国家计算机软件著作权61项,获得中国专利优秀奖、2项上海市发明创造奖发明专利一等奖(排名第一),出版专著1部、发表论文被SCI/EI收录250余篇。研究成果入选中国高校产学研合作十大优秀案例。先后获得首届新世纪百千万人才工程国家级人选、国家杰出青年科学基金、入选教育部长江学者特聘教授、国家973计划项目首席科学家、何梁何利基金科学与技术创新奖、全国发明创业奖、上海市科技精英、上海市劳动模范、上海发明家、教育部跨世纪人才、上海市优秀学科带头人等荣誉。
 

       主要学术团体兼职:国务院学位委员会控制科学与工程学科评议组成员、中国石油和化工自动化应用协会副理事长、中国自动化学会过程控制专业委员会副主任、中国系统工程学会过程系统工程专业委员会副主任、中国仪器仪表学会过程检测控制仪表分会副理事长。
