张立新

        张立新,男,1968年6月生,山东济南人,汉族,博士,研究员,博士生导师,国家杰出青年基金获得者,“973计划”首席科学家。
       1990年6月毕业于山东大学生命科学院,1990年9月至1994年6月在中国科学院应用生态研究所微生物制药学专业硕博连读毕业后,在美国爱默瑞大学从事博士后研究工作,并留校任教。1998年任美国Microbia生物制药公司高级科学家。2001年任美国CETEK制药公司微生物学部主任。2004年任美国SynerZ制药公司董事长,兼中国科学院广州生物医药与健康研究院研究员/博导/海洋微生物天然产物药物研究室主任。2006年至2016年任中国科学院微生物研究所研究员/博导/中国科学院病原微生物与免疫学重点实验室副主任/微生物所结核药物研发中心主任/“百人计划”终评优秀,国家杰出青年基金获得者, “973计划”首席科学家。
        张立新研究员现任International Symposium on the Biology of Actinomycetes (ISBA)董事、International Chemical Biology Society(ICBS)主席及董事。曾任Society for Laboratory Automation and Screening(SLAS)亚洲委员会主席。
目前,担任“Synthetic and Systems Biotechnology”杂志主编;“Applied Microbiology and Biotechnology”杂志副主编;“Frontiers in Synthetic Biology” 杂志副主编;Frontiers in Antimicrobials, Resistance and Chemotherapy、Marine Biotechnology、 Journal of Biomolecular Screening、The Bulletin of BISMiS、Journal of Antibiotics (Japan)、生物工程学报、抗生素杂志编委。
        张立新研究员现任美国哈佛大学客座教授、英国曼彻斯特大学顾问、安徽大学兼职博导、特聘教授和中国科学院大学岗位教授。2012-2014年任美国康奈尔大学客座教授、2007-2012年任中国科学技术大学兼职博导、2005-2009任中国科学院南海海洋研究所兼职博导。
        张立新研究员长期从事利用自主构建的海洋微生物天然产物资源库高通量筛选活性化合物作用机制和提高产量的研究,特别是在合成生物学方面进行了系统性和创新性工作。同时,张立新研究员多年来致力于抗结核天然药物研究,并从海洋疣孢菌中发现了新骨架活性化合物,显示出独特的潜在药物作用机制,有望开发成新一代抗结核前体药物。
目前已建立了具有独立知识产权的互动抗真菌药物筛选模型,从构建的天然产物库中成功筛选到多个具有新作用机制的先导化合物,并针对关键基因hrdB进行遗传改造,提高了工业生产菌株中阿维菌素B1a的产量。中国发明专利(ZL 2008 1 0227639.8) “一种制备阿维菌素的方法及其专用菌株”已在内蒙古等企业实现产业化。2011年度,科研成果“绿色生物农药阿维菌素高产菌改造及其产业化研究”获得内蒙古自治区科学技术进步一等奖,个人排名第一。
        近年来主编或参与编写七部学术专著(其中英文著作四部),获得26项国内外授权专利。目前已经在Nature, PNAS, Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.,Nat. Prod. Rep.,ACS Chem. Biol.,Org. Lett. 等高水平杂志上共发表了160 多篇论文。张立新研究员多次应邀在一些重要的国际学术会议上做大会主旨和特邀报告;作为大会主席成功举办三次国际会议;在一些有影响力的国际科技组织和国际期刊中担任重要职位,标志着他的研究在微生物天然药物研究领域已得到国际同行的认可和跟随。在研究生培养上,辛勤耕耘,教书育人、成绩卓著,多次获得“中国科学院优秀导师奖”、“朱李月华优秀教师奖”和“所长奖教金优秀奖”。
