Achievements:
1.Molecular Dynamics (MD) Simulation of some important drug targets, part of results, conformational transition pathway in the allosteric process of human glucokinase, was published in PNAS.
2.Protein-protein interaction (PPI) is a key to understanding most of the biological process, a novel method for PPI prediction with high accuracy and generalization was proposed and published in PNAS as “Particularly Interesting Article”.
3.Employing structure-based virtual screening approach in conjunction with chemical synthesis and bioassay, 1000 potent compounds targeting 30 important target proteins have been identified.
