Research interests:Organic functional materials, especially, the EPR bio-medical sensors based on the molecular design of organic compounds and the optical to electrical convertor. The application of micro & nanocapsules in Chinese medicine preparation .

Achievements:
    He has more than 60 publications in the international journals, such as Magnetic Resonance in Medicine, and 10 Chinese invention patents. in addition, he has led many national and international projects, including EU FP6 project NACBO, national key project , national natural science fund and so on. he was awarded three Provincial and Ministry grade prizes of scientific and technological advancement
