    The main scientific research projects include: The "Hundreds Talent Project" in Chinese Academy of Sciences (1995-1997), National Natural Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars (1997-2000), Key program of National Narural Science Foundation of China (2003-2005, 2007-2010), The National Basic Research Program project (973, the chief scientist), National High Technology Research and Development Program “863” project, National Climbing Project on “Nano Materials”, etc.Winner of the second prize of science and technology on materials awarded by Chinese Materials Research Society, 2006, the second prize of natural science awarded by Chineses Academy of Sciences, 1989, the third prize of Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Award, China Youth Science and Technology Award, Shanghai Natural Science Award. Winner of the title of Shanghai talent in Science and Technology, Youth Scientist of Chinese Academy of Sciences. Two books and more than 250 papers have been published.
