【个人简介】 张元兴:博导 教授 国家863计划领域专家 山东省莱州市人。1982年1月毕业于华东化工学院化学工程系,获学士学位。1984年7月毕业于华东化工学院生物化工系,获硕士学位,1995年9月评为华东理工大学教授。1997年评为博士生导师。享受国务院政府特殊津贴。
现任职务有上海阿华生物工程研究所所长,国家863高技术计划海洋生物技术主题专家组副组长,生物反应器工程国家重点实验室学术委员会委员。
【主要教学科研成果】 为硕士研究生讲授动物细胞培养课程,为博士研究生开设生物反应器设计与放大课程,已指导21名硕士研究生和12名博士研究生毕业获得学位,正在指导硕士研究生11名,博士研究生10名,博士后1名。已在国内外发表论文150余篇,出版专著一部,获省部级科技进步奖2项,申请中国发明专利10项,美国专利1项。

【研究方向】 (1) 动物细胞培养。通过动物细胞生长周期的调节,结合营养物的富集和平衡以及流加和灌注培养模式的采用,提高动物细胞密度和产物产量。通过研究动物细胞生长、代谢特征和血清在细胞培养中的作用,寻求优化的培养基组成,开发分别适合贴壁和悬浮细胞培养的无血清和无蛋白培养基。研究细胞培养方法和分离纯化条件对药用蛋白质糖基化的影响,从生物制药整体过程上进行优化,提高药用蛋白的分子均一性。目前承担着国家863计划研究任务。 (2) 海洋生物技术。研究海洋鱼类病原微生物的特性,掌握其毒力因子和致病规律,确定致病相关功能基因,从基因水平上进行改造,开发减毒活疫苗。目前承担着国家863计划研究项目。 (3) 生物制药工程。利用生物反应器,通过基因重组微生物的高密度发酵和基因调控,高表达重组产物,进行蛋白质的大规模纯化,生产高纯度的药用蛋白。在甲醇酵母的发酵中,研究基因诱导水平的精密控制和关键酶的合成,产物蛋白的酶水解机制,提高产物蛋白的表达。目前承担着国家863计划研究任务和企业委托项目。
