This book provides a focused study on Marx’s theory of ownership relations, taking the ownership issue as its central research object. It primarily adopts a research method that combines a problem-oriented approach with literature analysis, and comprehensively employs methods such as the combination of induction and deduction, systematic analysis, and comparative analysis. In critiquing Western “property rights” theory and the trend of “privatization”, as well as in the practice of socialist reform, it aims to reveal the essence and contemporary relevance of “Marx’s theory of ownership relations.” The main content includes: the relationships among different types of ownership; the relationship between the ownership and management rights of means of production; the relationship between owners and non-owners of means of production; the relationship between means of production and means of livelihood; and the contemporary significance of Marx’s theory of ownership relations.
