Rector of Andijan State Technical University, Uzbekistan, Visits ECUST

Headed by Rector Turdialiev Umid Mukhtaralievich of Andijan State Technical University, Uzbekistan, the delegation of Andijan State Technical University paid a visit to ECUST on December 10, 2025.Vice President Li Tao met with the guests at the Yifu Building. At the meeting, the two sides reached a series of consensuses on establishing inter-university cooperative relations, carrying out faculty and student exchanges, and jointly building laboratories.

ECUST consistently adheres to an open approach to education and continuously promotes in-depth and substantive educational cooperation under the "Belt and Road" Initiative. The university is willing to advance hand in hand with Andijan State Technical University, using the joint cultivation of talents in the fields of chemical engineering, intelligent manufacturing, and energy economics as a strategic pivot. This will systematically advance cooperation in degree mutual conferral, faculty and student exchange, and curriculum co-development, aiming to chart a blueprint and set an example for building a comprehensive, multi-level, and wide-ranging new framework for China-Central Asia higher education cooperation.
