Accounts of Chemical Research Publishes ECUST Review on Catalytic Selectivity Control Based on Adsorption Configuration Matching

Recently, due to a series of significant advances in the field of heterogeneous catalytic selectivity control, the Catalytic Reaction Engineering team from the School of Chemical Engineering at ECUST was invited by the American Chemical Society journal Accounts of Chemical Research to publish an online review titled “Configuration Matching Strategy to Control Selectivity in Heterogeneous Catalysis”. The paper systematically summarizes the innovative selectivity control strategy based on adsorption configuration matching proposed by the team in recent years and its research progress in guiding the creation of heterogeneous catalysts.

This article is first authored by ECUST Special Researcher Cao Yueqiang and corresponding authored by Professor Duan Xuezhi. The research received guidance from Academician Yuan Weikang, Professor Zhou Xinggui, and Academician De Chen. Furthermore, this research work was financially supported by the National Key R&D Program, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and major/key projects from the Shanghai Municipal Education Commission/Science and Technology Commission.
